- 1999 – Foundation of HepaHope Inc. in Silicon Valley, USA
- 2000 – Foundation of HepaHope Korea
- 2001 – First demonstration of “Proof of Concept” studies indicating that HepaHope
bio-artificial liver performs normal liver functions
- 2004 – HepaHope tests bio-artificial liver devices
- 2004 – HepaHope builds prototype bio-artificial machine with validation and verification of
bioreactor unit
- 2005 – FDA IND submission
- 2006 – Mayo supplies hCD46 transgenic pigs to HepaHope
- 2007 – First generation prototype built for proof for consistency for Chemosensitivity Testing System and BioTester™
- 2008 – HepaHope engages Quintiles Transnational Corp. to manage HepaHope clinical trial in Mexico
- 2009 – License agreement with HepaHope Korea for Chemosensitivity Testing System and BioTester™
- 2009 – Second generation prototype/commercial unit designed and built for
Chemosensitivity Testing System and BioTester™
- 2009 – Complete the development and assembly of the initial clinical unit of
HepaPheresis™ System
